SMS Terms: McRae Tech Alerts
- Program. McRae Tech Alerts is run by McRae Tech LLC. Texts come from (801) 331-5747.
- What you get. Texts about the websites and apps McRae Tech builds or runs for you or your business: service alerts (errors, outages, failed scheduled jobs), notices of new inquiries, forms and calls, weekly summaries, sign-in codes and security notices, replies to your support requests, and account and billing notices. Some texts are automated. We do not send marketing texts.
- How you join. You sign up yourself on our alerts page and tick the optional text box. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- How often. Message frequency varies with what happens on your site or app.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan.
- Stop. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We will send one text confirming it, and then no more. Reply START to join again.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or email contact@ethanmcrae.tech.
- Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts work on the major US carriers.
- Privacy. We never sell or share your mobile number or consent. See our Privacy Policy.
