McRae Tech LLC is a single-member limited liability company in Utah that builds, hosts and maintains websites and web apps for small businesses. Our registered office is 7533 S Center View Ct Ste N, West Jordan, UT 84084. You can reach us at contact@ethanmcrae.tech.

• When you visit this site: Cloudflare, which hosts it, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, page and time) for security and to stop abuse. The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics.
• When you sign up on the alerts page: your name, business name, email address and mobile number if you give one. We also keep whether you ticked the text box, the exact consent wording you saw, and the time, IP address and browser of the sign-up, so we can show when and how you agreed.
• When you text or email us: your number or address and what you send, so we can reply.
• When we deliver texts: the messages we send you and your replies, including STOP and HELP, as kept by our texting provider.

• To send the alerts and messages you asked for, about the websites and apps we build or run for you.
• To answer your questions and support requests.
• To keep a record of your consent and honor your opt-out.
• To keep this site and our services secure.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing texts.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

To deliver texts we use a messaging provider, Twilio, which handles your number only to send and receive our messages and is not allowed to use it for anything else. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, and HELP for help. The full program terms are in our SMS Terms.

A few service providers process information for us, only to run our services: Cloudflare (website hosting and storage), Twilio (text message delivery) and Apple iCloud Mail (email). We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell personal information. None of these providers may use your mobile number or text consent for their own purposes, and we never share mobile information or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We keep a sign-up for as long as you get alerts from us. After you opt out, we keep the record of your consent and your opt-out for four years, so we can show that we texted you only with permission, and then delete it. Ask us at any time to delete anything else.

Information is stored with Cloudflare and Twilio and encrypted in transit. Only McRae Tech can reach it.

• Email contact@ethanmcrae.tech to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop email alerts.
• This site and our alerts are for businesses and adults, not for children under 13.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top. We will not use your information in a new way without asking you first.
